Never. Every website is custom-built around the business using clean HTML, CSS (Tailwind), and JavaScript. No WordPress, no Wix, no Squarespace. The structure, layout, and design choices are shaped around what your site actually needs to do.

We work with local businesses across all industries, from outdoor services and auto detailing to dental practices, barbershops, bakeries, restaurants, and more. If you serve local customers, we can build you a website that brings in more of them.

Sites launch in 2–4 weeks from project start, most land in 2–3. “Project start” means after we agree on scope and your content and assets are in hand. Larger Premium scopes, heavy integrations, 10+ pages, e-commerce, may run longer. We’ll tell you the real timeline in the Discovery Call before anything begins.

Just your time for a 30-minute discovery call and any existing brand assets you have, logo, photos, color preferences, or examples of websites you like. If you don’t have these, no worries. We can work with you to develop your brand direction from scratch.

Every project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Most clients are happy after the initial build, but we want you to be 100% satisfied. Additional revision rounds can be arranged if needed.

We’ll discuss your business, your target audience, your competitors, what you like and don’t like about other websites, and your goals for the new site. This helps us create a design direction that truly fits your brand. The call is free and comes with no obligation.

Everything, design, build, hosting, and ongoing care, all rolled into one monthly number. That means the discovery call, custom design concept, full development, mobile optimization, contact forms, and up to 2 rounds of revisions before launch. Then once the site is live: reliable hosting on Netlify with 99.9% uptime, SSL certificate management, monthly performance and security health checks, and a set number of content edits per month based on your tier. Professional plans include on-page SEO across every service page, sitemap and indexing basics, and Google Business Profile setup. Premium adds GA4 and Google Search Console setup plus monthly performance and search reporting with recommendations, deeper SEO projects are quoted separately based on scope. No separate design invoice, no hidden line items. Idea to launch to long-term care, one price.

Every project is quoted individually. Once we talk through your scope, pages, integrations, and ongoing care, you get a firm monthly number in writing before anything begins. No upfront cost, ever. Every project starts with a Discovery Call so you know exactly what you’re looking at before we start.

$0 upfront. Nothing is charged while we’re designing and building, your first monthly payment hits on launch day, the day your site goes live. From there it’s month-to-month on the same day each month, with 30 days’ notice if you ever want to wind things down. No deposit, no milestone payments, no surprise invoices.

Yes, and you save 10%. Annual billing prepays your first year of service, calculated as your quoted monthly × 12 × 0.9. Whatever your project’s quoted monthly lands at, the same 10% applies. Annual prepay is non-refundable. Monthly billing is the better fit if you want the option to leave with 30 days’ notice.

Month-to-month from day one, with 30 days’ written notice anytime. No contract minimum and no early-cancellation fee. If you’re leaving and don’t need the site, I sunset it cleanly and export your content at no charge. If you want to take the site with you to host elsewhere, the $1,000 Site Transfer fee covers packaging the files, deploy documentation, and up to 4 hours of migration support. The same fee applies whether it’s month three or month thirty.

Your content, copy, photos, logos, and brand assets are yours from day one. The custom code and design are available for transfer anytime through Site Transfer, a $1,000 handoff fee that covers packaging, deploy notes, and migration support. There’s no 12-month wait and no minimum stay. If your site settles into light maintenance, a smaller care plan can be discussed based on the actual workload.

Every project gets a real quote before anything begins. We quote each engagement individually based on your scope (pages, integrations, ongoing care) rather than fitting you into a tier. Here’s how it works: book a 20-minute Discovery Call and tell me about your business, what pages you think you’ll need, and any integrations you’re picturing. Within 48 hours you’ll have a written quote with your exact monthly number and what’s included, firm once quoted, no upfront cost. No high-pressure sales call, no mystery pricing. If it’s not a fit, you’re out nothing. If it is, we start building.

We deploy sites on Netlify, a modern hosting platform known for speed, security, and reliability. Your site is served from a global CDN (Content Delivery Network) so it loads fast no matter where your visitors are.

Absolutely. Every site we build is mobile-first, meaning we design for phones first, then scale up to tablets and desktops. Your site will look and function beautifully on any device.

Your monthly hosting plan includes content changes handled by us, so you don’t have to worry about touching code. Just email us what you want changed and we’ll take care of it, usually within 24 hours.

You buy the domain yourself, directly from a registrar — Namecheap, Cloudflare Registrar, and GoDaddy are the common ones, typically $10–$15 per year. Once it’s in your name, I handle the setup — DNS records, redirects, SSL, and pointing it at your new site. That way you own the domain outright and can move hosts later without going through me.

Custom integrations, booking systems, payment processors, member logins, multi-language setups, anything that connects your site to outside software. Most sites don’t need any of this. If yours does, we quote the setup as a one-time fixed number before anything begins, and it’s invoiced separately from your monthly Plan. Your monthly price never changes because of it.
