Direct Trade
Origins & Sourcing
Every lot is traceable to a single farm or cooperative. We travel to origin, cup alongside producers, and pay premiums that reflect quality.
Our Approach
Relationships,
not transactions.
We do not buy coffee on commodity markets. Every lot in our catalog comes from a farmer or cooperative we know by name. We visit annually, cup together at origin, and negotiate prices that reflect the real cost of producing exceptional coffee — not the volatile C-market.
Our premiums average 40% above Fair Trade minimums. In return, we get first access to micro-lots, complete traceability, and the privilege of sharing the story behind every bag.

Our Values
Sourcing Philosophy
Four principles guide every buying decision we make.
Fair Pricing
We pay above Fair Trade minimums, negotiated directly with producers based on quality and cost of production.
Transparency
Every bag traces to a specific farm or cooperative. We share the full supply chain, from altitude to price paid.
Environmental Care
We prioritize shade-grown, organic, and ecologically managed farms that protect biodiversity and soil health.
Community
Premiums fund local infrastructure — schools, water access, and processing equipment for cooperatives.
