Brass Heritage Membership

When you sign up for a Brass Heritage membership, your card is charged on the same date each month. You can use your included services anytime during that billing period by booking online or walking in. Just let us know you are a member when you arrive and we will take care of the rest.

Absolutely. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your membership at any time by calling us, emailing, or letting your barber know in person. Your membership will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

Unused services do not roll over to the following month. We encourage you to use all of your included services each billing period. If you are going on vacation or know you will miss a month, reach out and we can pause your membership at no charge.

Yes, you can switch between plans at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Just let us know in person, by phone, or by email and we will update your membership right away.

We offer a 10% discount when two or more family members sign up for any membership tier. Father-son memberships are one of our most popular packages. Ask us about family pricing when you sign up.

Your member discount applies to all retail products we carry in-shop, including pomades, hair clays, beard oils, beard balms, shampoos, conditioners, and styling tools. We stock premium brands that our barbers use and recommend.

Of course. Members can request any barber on the team when booking online or walking in. We recommend finding a barber you connect with and building that relationship — they will learn your preferences and deliver a consistent look every time.
