We're based in Charleston, SC and primarily serve the greater Charleston area including Mount Pleasant, Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms, Kiawah Island, and Hilton Head. We also take on select projects elsewhere in the Southeast and nationally for the right fit.

A single room typically takes 3-4 months from concept to installation. A whole-home project ranges from 6-12 months depending on scope and custom fabrication timelines. We'll give you a detailed timeline during the proposal phase so there are no surprises.

Not at all. Many clients start with a consultation to test the fit. If you love working together, you can seamlessly upgrade to a Full Design or Turnkey engagement. Your consultation fee is applied as a credit toward any larger package.

We work on a flat design fee basis (not hourly), so you always know the total cost of design services upfront. Furnishings, fixtures, and materials are billed separately at net cost plus a transparent procurement fee. We provide detailed budgets before any purchases are made.

Absolutely. We believe in the "collected, not decorated" approach. If you have heirloom pieces, meaningful art, or furniture you love, we'll thoughtfully integrate them into the new design. Part of what makes a space feel authentic is blending old and new.

Yes. We have long-standing relationships with trusted contractors, architects, and specialists throughout the Charleston area. For renovation projects, we can recommend our preferred partners or collaborate with yours. We believe great design requires great teamwork.
