Our membership plan is an in-house dental savings program designed for patients without dental insurance. For a simple monthly fee, you receive preventive care services like cleanings, exams, and X-rays, plus discounts on all additional treatments. It is a straightforward alternative to traditional insurance with no deductibles, no claim forms, and no annual maximums.
Our membership plans are designed specifically for patients who do not have dental insurance. If you already have dental insurance, your insurance benefits would typically cover the services included in our membership plans. However, if you have questions about whether a membership would benefit your specific situation, please contact our office and we will be happy to discuss your options.
No long-term contracts. Our membership plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We believe in earning your loyalty through excellent care, not binding agreements. Any benefits already used during the current billing period remain valid through the end of that period.
Immediately! Unlike traditional dental insurance that often requires waiting periods of 6 to 12 months for certain procedures, your Summit Dental membership benefits are active from the moment you enroll. Schedule your first cleaning and exam right away.
Your membership discount applies to all treatments beyond what is included in your plan. This includes cosmetic dentistry such as veneers and whitening, restorative procedures like crowns and bridges, dental implants, Invisalign and orthodontics, emergency treatments, and more. The discount percentage depends on your plan tier: 10% for Essential, 15% for Complete, and 20% for Premium.
Absolutely! We encourage families to join together. Each family member can choose the plan that best fits their individual needs, and families with 3 or more members receive an additional discount on their monthly fees.
